FULL SCOPE NEW BUILD / REMODEL
BUILDING PROCESS FROM BEGINNING PLANNING STAGES THROUGH TO FURNISHINGS AND INSTALLATION. THIS WILL INCLUDE ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLAN REVIEW, COLOR SCHEME, MOOD BOARDS, DOWN TO FURNITURE, WALLCOVERING AND COLOR SPECIFICATIONS.
FULL SCOPE FURNISHINGS
FULL HOUSE SELECTIONS OF FURNISHINGS WHICH INCLUDES FURNITURE LAYOUT, FURNITURE, ACCESSORIES, LIGHTING, WINDOW TREATMENT, ART AND WALLCOVERINGS. ALL CURATED, PURCHASED AND INSTALLED THROUGH OUR STUDIO.
our process
No. 1
This is when we get to know you and how you live. We will discuss your goals for the spaces, inspirations and color scheme for the overall feel. In addition, we will establish the scope of work along with the estimated budget.
programming phase
No. 2
Here we will present the initial design direction along with the space planning of the floor plan. We'll go over the functionally of each space which will further inform material selections and detailing. Both visual imagery and physical samples of fabrics, wallpaper, tile and paint colors will be shown to help convey our design intent. This is a collaborative process where we get feedback from client in order to hone in on the concept & feel.
schematic design
No. 3
At this phase, the design direction has been solidified. There's a cohesive look and can now go into finalizing the interior finishes which includes tile/countertop, plumbing, appliances, lighting and furnishings + accessories.
design development
No. 4
Design drawings are presented that depicts dimensions, finishes, product and material call-outs to communicate to contractors and vendors for bidding and execution. Furniture and soft good selections will be presented for approval.
design documents

This is a very crucial part of design where we oversee the construction phase of the project and ensure all design is executed according to our plan and intent. Here, we do site visits and problem solve should any unforeseeable challenges arises. We help manage not only the multiple moving parts that happens during construction but help streamline the communication that takes place between client, vendors and subcontractors.

project management
Once furniture and accessories are approved, we start ordering. Our team will manage all orders to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition. All merchandise gets received, checked and stored by a receiving warehouse which will then get installed at the completion of construction.
no. 7
furniture installation and reveal
The furniture install is the grand finale of the project. We come deliver, install and personally place each item in your space. This can take up to 1-5 days depending on size of project and scope of work. This is when all the hard work pays off at the reveal and hope that we bring you happiness with some tears of joy!
